The National Authority of Energy Regulation (ANRE) issued an order that establishes levels of performance indicators and objectives regarding the supply of natural gas for the following activities:

• Natural gas contracting

• The billing of supplied natural gas quantities

• Resolving consumer complaints about the quality conditions of the supplied natural gas

• Keeping consumers informed in accordance with the requirements of our current performance standard

• Resolving complaints against the supplier brought by petitioners or consumers, regarding non-compliance with our current performance standard

• Solving other complaints and requests brought by petitioners or consumers

The performance standard regulates commercial quality criteria defined by performance indicators for the service supply of natural gas to consumers and reporting requirements for suppliers. For further information on ANRE regulations, please download the documents attached below.
